This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it.

Who we are
This website is run by Evie Loose, an independent artist and songwriter based in Eastbourne, United Kingdom. For anything relating to your personal information, email hello@evieloose.com.
What we collect
- Booking enquiries. When you use the booking form we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to include about the event or enquiry.
- Mailing list sign-ups. If you join the list we collect your email address and the date you signed up.
- Admin accounts. If you are given access to manage the site, we store your email address and sign-in details for that account.
We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we use it
- To reply to your booking or general enquiry.
- To send occasional updates about music, shows and merch if you asked to receive them.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
The legal basis for replying to an enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to you. The legal basis for mailing list emails is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who can see it
Enquiries and sign-ups are stored in a private database that only Evie and a small number of trusted administrators can access. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
The site is hosted and its database provided by our hosting and backend providers, who process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Third-party content
Some pages embed players and links from services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Instagram. When you interact with embedded content, that service may receive information about your visit and apply its own privacy policy. We have no control over those services.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for scheduling and follow-up, and are then deleted. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent to marketing emails. Email hello@evieloose.com and we will action it.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
